Where standard EL wire is round wire you have to sew around, VynEL is a flat, flexible panel that irons directly onto fabric, or sews in like a label, a patch, or a strip of trim.
VynEL emits as a continuous cold light across the whole panel, driven by an AC inverter. There are no individual bulbs in the surface, so there is nothing to pixelate, hotspot, or burn out along a run.
Heat press it on, or run it through a standard sewing step. VynEL integrates with the construction methods a garment factory already uses, so it fits a production line instead of fighting it.
IP67 and machine washable, powered by AC inverter, battery pack, or USB. It is engineered to survive the wash, the flex, and the hours of wear that a shipped product has to endure.
VynEL is a flat electroluminescent panel that produces an even, cool glow across its whole face. At 1mm (0.04in) it adds almost nothing to the hand of the garment and bends freely with the fabric.
The light is cold: no heat, no RF interference, safe against skin and safe on camera for hours at a time.
VynEL applies to all fabric types two ways: as an iron-on panel laid down with a heat press, or sewn in like trim, a patch, or a label. No rigid housings, no channels, no bulk the wearer can feel.
Because it uses methods already on the floor, VynEL drops into an existing apparel line without a bespoke assembly process.
An EL inverter drives the panel from a battery pack, a USB source, or AC. A single charge carries the light for hours, so a garment stays lit through an event, a shoot, or a shift.
